    I take it to work and use it when I feel discomfort, simply by putting the cushion where I need it and letting the shiatsu massage the area with heat, it feels good, sure, but I urge you to use it when you relax too. This helps the muscles when they are relaxed and will be more beneficial in the long run.

    Just wanted to tell you about a product I use. If it can help somebody else in the same way it helped me, then so be it. As a truck driver I slouched for years and had excruciating back pain. My chiropractors – and not my regular doctors – thank you very much, told me I needed to strengthen my back and improve my horrible back posture to take stress off my spine (im sure the beer gut doesnt help either). So I did some back strengthening and posture rehab at the chiros until my insurance visits ran out and it was helping, but I couldnt afford to see him anymore, so I got online to see about what if I could do about it. Like if there was a back machine or something I could use. I found the body-aline and have been using it ever since. Its a machine that strengthens my back from a seated position and realigns my posture muscles. You finish the motion with your shoulders rolled way down and your head way up and it really works. I dont exercise except for this machine but it only takes a few mionutes at a time. I do it for a few minutes every morning before I get in the truck and when I get home, this is exercise for me. I swear you feel better and stand taller everytime you use it. The bodyaline worked for me and everyone who has back pain should try the body-aline at least once. Strengthen your back and mprove your posture first before taking any pills or traction or surgery. Thats my suggestion.

    I had back and neck pains from sleeping on my stomach. I had to get a body pillow to help me with my sleep position. Now I have pulled my back, lifting wrong, so thank you for this information.
