If you have read my original post about Heal N Soothe you might remember that we are selling it from another website and it is flying out the door at an alarming rate and that I took a good look at the amount of ‘regular’ pain killers and other assorted medicines that I am taking and got quite a shock.

The first surprise we got was an email stating that if we placed another order within 7 days we were entitled to 10% off which was nice, and yesterday we get a phone call thanking us for the order, albeit a recording and it was around 4:30am, maybe they need to work on their international time differences a bit but it was a nice touch! Today we received two emails, the first stating that the order had been sent and outlining all the shipping details and the second was details on finding the right dosage.
Perhaps I’m just acustomed to crappy service from crappy people but I have to say I was impressed by all of this. Now I just need the product to arrive so I can give it a try! Fingers crossed it won’t disappoint.
