As correctly pointed out by Kevin, I am about one month into my trial of the Heal N Soothe product and it’s about time for another update. In fact we recieved an email last Friday stating that the next months supply is on it’s way and with only a dozen or so tablets left that is a good thing.
The past five days in particular have given me a good insight into what Heal N Soothe is, and what it isn’t.
I have been loosely toying with the idea of setting up our business again, this time as a ‘mobile’ auto repair service. My thinking was that this offered very low overheads and I could plod along slowly without the pressure of making a quota everday just to cover running costs.
I am still in contact with a number of our previous customers and I decided to test my theory by taking on a few jobs, mainly just servicing, one thermostat change and easy stuff like that. This all ended yesterday when I pushed through three jobs in the one day and WAY over did it! Last night and today were complete write-off’s, spent mostly lying down with the occasional stretching routine and a couple of hot showers.
Which brings me to my point’s about the Heal N Soothe. Without it I wouldn’t have even dreamt about doing anything like this. Previously my days were spent in a doped-up cloud, I was unable to think clearly and my energy levels were just about non-existant.
What the Heal N Soothe has done for me is provide a good level of pain relief while still being able to function quite well. I find getting up in the morning a lot easier, even after only a few hours sleep and I have a renewed interest in life.
Now while this is a big relief for me to feel this way, what I can tell you is that Heal N Soothe is not the type of medication that you look for when you’ve pushed yourself to the limit. It’s not something that when you feel the onset of pain you take two and wait for it to kick in, rather it is a medication that when taken several times a day will provide you with a level of pain relief that makes going about normal daily activities very easy.
After my little ‘experiment’ with working on the cars I came to realise (of course much later than my wife, she knew this would happen even before I started!) that although I felt capable of taking this on, and certainly from a ‘mental’ point of view I thought I was ready there was no way I was going to get through it without triggering my back pain, my body just isn’t up to the task yet.
So in summarizing, I believe that the Heal N Soothe product is excellent for providing lasting pain relief without sending you off with the fairies while going about normal daily activities. Another thing that I like about it is that I no longer get stomach cramps and ‘plumbing’ issues that came with the Panadeine Forte. I’m sure my long term health is also benefiting from the reduced intake of the regular pain killers.
What I do suggest though is that you keep a small supply of your regular pain medication handy for times when you push it a bit too far. You will probably have more self control than myself and not do crazy things like crawl around motor cars, but after a while of feeling pretty good it is hard not to try and get back to some sort of normality in your life.
