		<description>Very nice list and valuable information mentioned! The first 4 reasons are definitely the most common reasons. Interesting point is that while the majority of back conditions are made worse by sitting and are better standing up, patients with stenosis of the spinal canal (found in patients with Ankylosing spondylitis) have the exact opposite symptoms.</description>

		<description>This happens to me alot too. I take motrin (ibuprofen), alternating it with advil. Ice it for a couple hours then put heat on it for a couple hours.</description>
