As correctly pointed out by Kevin, I am about one month into my trial of the Heal N Soothe product and it’s about time for another update. In fact we recieved an email last Friday stating that the next months supply is on it’s way and with only a dozen or so tablets left that is a good thing.
The past five days in particular have given me a good insight into what Heal N Soothe is, and what it isn’t.
I have been loosely toying with the idea of setting up our business again, this time as a ‘mobile’ auto repair service. My thinking was that this offered very low overheads and I could plod along slowly without the pressure of making a quota everday just to cover running costs.
I am still in contact with a number of our previous customers and I decided to test my theory by taking on a few jobs, mainly just servicing, one thermostat change and easy stuff like that. This all ended yesterday when I pushed through three jobs in the one day and WAY over did it! Last night and today were complete write-off’s, spent mostly lying down with the occasional stretching routine and a couple of hot showers.
Which brings me to my point’s about the Heal N Soothe. Without it I wouldn’t have even dreamt about doing anything like this. Previously my days were spent in a doped-up cloud, I was unable to think clearly and my energy levels were just about non-existant.
What the Heal N Soothe has done for me is provide a good level of pain relief while still being able to function quite well. I find getting up in the morning a lot easier, even after only a few hours sleep and I have a renewed interest in life.
Now while this is a big relief for me to feel this way, what I can tell you is that Heal N Soothe is not the type of medication that you look for when you’ve pushed yourself to the limit. It’s not something that when you feel the onset of pain you take two and wait for it to kick in, rather it is a medication that when taken several times a day will provide you with a level of pain relief that makes going about normal daily activities very easy.
After my little ‘experiment’ with working on the cars I came to realise (of course much later than my wife, she knew this would happen even before I started!) that although I felt capable of taking this on, and certainly from a ‘mental’ point of view I thought I was ready there was no way I was going to get through it without triggering my back pain, my body just isn’t up to the task yet.
So in summarizing, I believe that the Heal N Soothe product is excellent for providing lasting pain relief without sending you off with the fairies while going about normal daily activities. Another thing that I like about it is that I no longer get stomach cramps and ‘plumbing’ issues that came with the Panadeine Forte. I’m sure my long term health is also benefiting from the reduced intake of the regular pain killers.
What I do suggest though is that you keep a small supply of your regular pain medication handy for times when you push it a bit too far. You will probably have more self control than myself and not do crazy things like crawl around motor cars, but after a while of feeling pretty good it is hard not to try and get back to some sort of normality in your life.

Heal N Soothe – One Week On

It has been almost one week since my bottle of Heal N Soothe arrived, actually six days to be precise, so I thought I would share with you my experiences so far with this product. My plan was to completely stop taking my usual pain medication which is Panadeine Forte and replace them with the natural Heal N Soothe tablets.
The first thing I can tell you is that it is a relief not to be ‘off with the fairies’ each and every day and for the first time in a long time I find myself thinking a lot clearer and I have a lot more energy and motorvation than before which I think comes from not being drowsy all day.
Having this extra energy and motorvation has not come without it’s problems though and on a couple of occasions I have reached for the Panadeine to ’take the edge’ off my pain. My back pain has been kept under control well but I have heel spurs on both my heels and these have been more noticable since finishing with the Panadeine.
Mind you the first time I had trouble was after spending nearly all day on my feet watching our eldest son go through his first sailing lesson and on the second occasion I spent quite a few hours in the garage working on a project car of mine that has been sitting idle for a long time. These two things are certainly not something that I would have contemplated doing previously so I guess I shouldn’t complain about having sore heels afterwards.
Another thing that I (and the other members of our family) have noticed is the mood swings have gone and I am generally feeling a lot more positive about things. I hadn’t noticed up until now how totally de-motivated I was and previously it was common for me to not achieve anything in a day but now I’m hell bent on achieving something each and every day, even if it is as minor as cleaning up the garage or working in the yard. I was in such a daze before that I didn’t even notice how inactive I was. This would probably explain my 15kg weight gain in the last 12 months!
All in all I’m pretty happy using the Heal N Soothe. I think I will keep some Panadeine around for the times when I do over do things but with a bit of self-control I am sure I won’t be needing too many. As I sit here writing this post I have a smile on my face thinking about what I am going to achieve tomorrow, the coming week and the coming months. As I see it this is one added bonus of the Heal N Soothe, before I was so totally out of it that life was passing me by at an alarming rate and I simply didn’t care. Not any more!!
If you think that Heal N Soothe might help your I urge you to give it a go, you can trial it for free by clicking on the Heal N Soothe bottle at the right in the sidebar. I am really enjoying my new-found interest in life and I think if you can maintain a healthy, positive attitude even when facing the most severe pain it can help to get you through your day and I’m sure this product has done that for me.

Heal N Soothe Arrives

The arrival today of my first bottle of Heal N Soothe has coincided with one of the worst pain episodes that I have ever experienced.
To begin with I was ‘weening’ myself off the Panadeine Forte and to make matters worse here in Brisbane we have been experiencing some really ordinary weather. On Sunday we had what they are calling our most severe thunderstorm in ten years and from then on it has been raining constantly.
Normally I would welcome this long-overdue rain but I just can’t believe the aches and pains that I get around my lower back area and legs when it is cold or raining. I have no idea why my pain increases when the wet weather is here or approaching and coupled with reduced intake of my ‘regular’ pain killers I’m just about ready to jump off a bridge! No, not really, I’m just in a lot of pain!
Anyway, back to the point of this post. Although too early to tell if the Heal N Soothe is going to be the all-natural answer to my prayers I am happy to say that I have only felt the need to take two Panadeine Forte’s today, down from the usual eight or more and given the increased pain that I am feeling I think that is not too bad.
I’ve had a total of eight of the Heal N Soothe tablets today and I’m so tired from not sleeping for the last two nights that I decided to have the two Panadeine Forte to help me get off to sleep when I finish this post.
Tomorrow is a new day and I am hoping that for the first time in three years I can survive without having to rely on a medicine that I know isn’t doing me any good. What I would really love is four or five hours of deep sleep and not waking up with that ‘downed a case of Jimmy Walker Black Label last night’ feeling that comes with the Panadeine!
I am probably hinging a bit too much hope on this Heal N Soothe stuff but I am really excited about the prospect of coming out of my daily cloud and not putting my body at risk and also getting enough pain relief from it.
I’ll keep you updated as the trial continues, in the meantime check out these time-lapse shots from the storm we had on Sunday. Thankfully these were taken quite a few kilometres from where we live!
